B.B.Q. Jerk Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

2 Ibs of chicken parts
1 cup Walkerswood Bar-B-Q Sauce

METHOD / DIRECTIONS:

Clean and wash chicken. Marinate in Walkerwood Bar-B-Q Sauce for at least one hour. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake in oven and baste with remaining sauce occasionally, until done. Can also be grilled on barbecue - keep turning and basting until done.
This dish is mild enough for the whole family.

Baked Bananas

Country: Aruba

INGREDIENTS:

4 ripe bananas
2 tbs cinnamon powder
3 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
4 cups water

METHOD / DIRECTIONS:

Peal the bananas and boil them together with the cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar and water for about 20 minutes.
Bake the bananas in the oven at 275° for 10 minutes.
Serve with favorite ice cream.
